I have built deep & diverse commercial experience in NatWest Bank, IBM, ESB, Permanent TSB, Rabobank and running my own business.
Deep Cove integrates the two dimensions of work & services I provide. First, advisory & analysis to provide clarity on strategic direction and pathways to growth. Second, providing the ongoing support through coaching & mentoring for leaders and their teams. The ongoing reality of change in people's personal and professional lives is leading to burnout and disconnection. People and teams cannot thrive and move forward purposefully without creating clarity on their inner drivers and their external reality.
I am also an accredited GCologist. I work with the GC Index framework to support individuals, teams, organisations to create insight into their natural proclivity and energy for creating impact through their work.
